RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At fashion-swimwear.com, we want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely pleased with an item purchased from us, we will be happy to accept said item in its original, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging. Due to the intimate nature of our product we can only accept the items within 10 (ten) days from the delivery date of your purchase for exchange or store credit ONLY. No refunds will be issued. No exceptions. 

As soon as we receive it, we will process exchange request promptly. Replacement items are generally shipped within one to three days.

To return items purchased online, simply send your items along with a printed copy of your order (available in order status) and a brief explanation to the address listed below. Be sure to indicate on the exchange if you wish to receive another size, color or item.

For exchanges, shipping fees are nonrefundable and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the products. In the unlikely event of a product defect, we will reimburse you for the cost of the return shipping fees. If your order shipped FREE, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the value of your refund. For exchanges, we offer free shipping via USPS First Class Mail to US and Canada. If you decide to upgrade your shipping method, we will charge the difference. International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges, based on the selected shipping method.

No items will be accepted for exchange or store credit if the return shipping date is more than 10 (ten) days following the delivery date of your order. Maximum 2 exchanges, no exceptions.
Please ensure returned items remain with original packaging to receive credit. Fashion Swimwear reserves the right to refuse the exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
